Refund & Return Policy

At BioInfinity Lab, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of research products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong product was shipped
• Product does not match the description or COA
• Unopened products within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products not in original packaging
• Products returned after 14 days from delivery
• Products stored improperly (requires proof of proper storage)

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund:

1. Contact us at support@bioinfinitylab.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Provide photos if the product arrived damaged
4. Wait for our team to review and approve your request
5. Ship the product back (if required) using the provided return label

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
• It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will cover all return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
